I went with the chiffon version in the 3.25" width and it ties into a soft, floaty bow that doesn't look bulky at all. The 72" length gives me plenty to wrap twice and still have long tails. Wore it to a wedding and got asked about it twice.

The 72-inch length gives me plenty to work with, which I wasn't expecting from a sash this narrow. I tied it around a plain dress and the charmeuse catches the light without looking shiny or cheap.

I got the silk chiffon in a custom blush shade and the 72" length gives me plenty to work with for a loose bow. It ties without slipping and feels featherlight against my waist all day.
